Responsibilities: 

• Support to our International Supply Chain (ISC) business under Asia Pacific Team
• Work as a control tower to assist the respective origins to understand and complies with the customer requests
• Assist superior to follow up daily key account customers' freight forwarding shipments including Purchase Order Management
• Supervise & review with teammates and ensure their understandings of the standard operating procedure
• Contact carrier, vendor, local offices, overseas origins, internal departments for daily operation activities
• Handle, follow up key accounts service and vendors' meetings
• Compile reports required by customers/management
• Set up check points and monitor tool to assist the teammates to perform quality work 

Requirements:

• Professional diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF), degree holder is desirable
• 5 years relevant experience in logistics industry is desirable
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic and responsible
• Good team player and customer focus
• Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. Ms Excel & Outlook
