Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts, shipping documents and sales reports
• Duties include sales coordination, arranging import / export / re-export shipment and advising shipment schedule to customers
• Handle full set of I/E China Delivery / Ocean shipping documents
• L/C & D/P Negotiation, TTR & Open A/C payment
• Trade Link I/E Declaration
• SAP Input

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 3-4 years of shipping experience on above payment conditions
• Good knowledge on shipping document and I/E procedures
• Good command of and fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC operation (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
• Hard working, able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
