  • Responsible for sales development in own territory under instruction.
  • Identify and create business opportunities, and lead further process.
  • Promote company to customers and build/maintain customer relationship.
  • Develop new business and explore new customer to achieve sales target.
  • Update CRM in time to track and follow up.
  • To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn it into increased business.
  • To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with Handy. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.
  • Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
  • Coordination with other teams to make business success.
  • Frequent travelling in APAC region.

 

Requirement

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in business preferred
  • Minimum 3 years BD experience in B2C company.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
  • Good computer literacy in English office environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Professional sales skill and working method. Should have clear business mind with positive work attitude.
  • Result-driven, ambitious
  • Experience of cooperation with following company preferred
