Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team members to follow up with daily routines of serving existing and new customers.
• Help to prepare and update sales presentation materials for regular business and ad-hoc campaigns.
• Support sales fulfillment and after-sales activities including purchase orders, stock take, inventory management, payments, etc.
• Maintain comprehensive database of retail partners, products, sales events, price lists and other business documentation.
• Generate regular sales reports for management review.
• Participate and support sales events and ad-hoc projects (some weekend or evening work may be required).

 Requirement:

• Degree holder in any discipline with 2 years or above sales support experience.
• Detailed minded and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated, reliable, with good communication skills.
• Strong numeric sense with excellent computer skills including powerpoint and excel spreadsheets.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
