Responsibilities:

• Handle patient enquiries 
• Provide support on medical appointment booking
• Prepare report to team leader 
• Provide prompt customer service on emergency cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably with call center background
• Experience in working with insurance or healthcare industry with nursing background is of advantage
• Customer-centric with good communication and listening skills
• Attentive to details and willing to learn
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidates who are able to support day or night service are welcome
