Job Responsibilities:

• Direct report to Sales & Costing Director on CBD/ Quotation project;
• Prepare product cost breakdowns from Manufacturing factory,
• Record whole project costing, budgeting, mold/ Tooling asset and invoicing issue.
• Research of internal (Manufacturing process – Labor cost, scrap, factory processes etc.) and external costing factors (Logistics, suppliers, custom tax , raw material trend etc.)
• Work closely on company system and with related departments to gather and analyze information and statistics, and provide reports to management
• Assist in quote process – quotes preparation, quote tracking, invoicing arrangements, and payment tracking
• Costing tracking from Quote stage to Mass production.
• Participate in customer visits – new customer visits and presentations, new project discussions, costing discussions etc

Requirements:

• More than 5 years related experience: such as Sales or Costing.  
• University graduate, business or Industrial related
• Fluent English, Mandarin
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MRP…)
• Outgoing and comfortable communicating with Western clients
• Strong attention to detail and analytical
• Team working attitude
• Spend time weekly in Shenzhen at the factories and for customer visits
  (stay at Factory 3 days per weeks)
• Less experience will also consider as Sales and Costing Assistant.
