Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- To handle and follow up daily hotline and counter orders (e.g. repair, complaint, enquiries and products demo, etc.)
- Handle administrative duties including correspondences and reports preparations
- To handle and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Job Requirements :
- Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Good customer service skill, communication skill and telephone manner
- Pleasant, strong problem-solving, self-motivated and work independent
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
- Working hour : Monday to Friday (09:00 am – 13:00 pm or 14:00 pm - 18:00pm)
