Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales orders as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain customer relations and order follow up
• To maintain customers database, sales reports and perform other administration duties as required by team
• Prepare sales presentation and review all sales materials including brochures, fact sheet, leaflets, flyers, etc;
• Support Sales Manager to reach sales & business development needs

Requirements:

• Form 7 graduated or Diploma above with at least 1 years relative experience in customer services / sales administration field
• Preferred working experience in retail/trading/distribution industry but not compulsory. Shipping knowledge of Import is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Word / PowerPoint and excellent in Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Patient, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
• Quality oriented, detail-minded and flexible interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
