Location: Zoobeetle pop up (as assigned)

Responsible：

1/ Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service

2/ Assess clients needs and provide assistance and information on product features

3/ Actively seek out clients to the store and answer their queries

4/ Follow and achieve department’s sales goal on a monthly basis

5/ ‘Go The Extra Mile’ To drive Sales

6/ Maintain stock levels and maintain shop area in presentable condition

7/ Remain Knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

8/ Process POS ( Point of Sales ) purchases

9/ Cross Sell Products

10/Handle Returns of Merchandise

11/Team Up with Co-Workers to ensure proper customer service & Build productive trust relationship with clients

12/Comply with inventory control procedure

13/Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. Planning Marketing Activities, Changing the store design )

Requirement：

Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Basic operation of computer

Previous experience in luxury retail industry is appreciated but not a must

Remuneration：

Basis salary HKD 12,000.00 per month with commission

Works 8 hours a day inclusive a hour lunch break/ on shit (as assigned), following the planning, works five days a week
