l   Monitoring and Managing Customer Service and Operations Division with quality customer service standards

l   In-charge and follow up orders, quotation, invoices, receipt and dispatch of goods, sales support and after-sales service to customers

l   In-charge and keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments

l   Build up and Supervise the team to communicate with customers to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

l   Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

l   Arrange business meetings with prospective clients regularly, maintaining contact with customers, conducting surveys, analyzing information and applications

l   In-charge and prepare daily and monthly operation, documentation and report

l   Network with technical team and production departments that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing to ensure product quality meets customers standard

l   Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources, resolving problems, recommending and reviewing strategic plans, preparing and completing action plans, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements and implementing change, detecting and diagnosing network problems

l   Responsible for assisting Directors to complete the overall plan and goals of the business
