Responsibilities:

• Assist Retail Training Manager in all aspects of training activities, such as identifying training needs and program development
• Prepare training materials, training handouts, powerpoint and related reports
• Coordinate overall training logistic arrangement in order to meet the internal training schedules
• Responsible for any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University Graduate in any discipline
• At least 1 year solid experience in training, preferably in retail industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• High degree of self-motivation as well as initiative. Pleasant and well organized team player
