Manage and supervise all Distribution Center’s activities with 3PLs to provide high quality of services to operations and ensure that the department fulfills the service level expectations in terms of completeness, lead times, information communication and resolution of issues / claims.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily works of the distribution centers with 3PLs for cross-categories, include dutiable L&T category
• Work closely with cross departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations
• Clarify problems with inventory bookings
• Coordinate the order processing for stock and cross orders along with planning, OS and transport team
• Work on the Liquor & Tobacco bonded goods’ related inbound/outbound orders’ processing and coordination tasks.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports, analyze and resolve problems within the system and process
• Assist management to work on special projects, develop strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures to improve the supply chain efficiency, to streamline the daily operation flow and support the businesses across the region

Requirements:

• Degree in shipping / logistics management;
• Hands-on experience in warehouse / logistics management in retail industry
• Experience in Liquor & Tobacco categories related warehouse operation is highly preferred
• Knowledge of bonded goods handlings will be an advantage
• Attention to details and good analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Well-versed in Excel, SAP would be an asset
