Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a medium scale warehouse
• Handle day-to-day operation of logistic team including goods receiving procedures, quality checking, goods storage, inventory control and delivery schedule
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers on volume, quality and delivery matters, and maintain a good relationship with suppliers in line with company needs
• Work closely with different teams such as Merchandising team, Design team and Operation team in order to ensure the accurate and timely ordering and delivery plans
• Follow up with carriers and forwarders on all delivery arrangement, and ensure all necessary trade documents and licenses / certificates are well in place

Requirements:

• University graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics/ Procurement or related discipline
• Min. 6 years’experience in procurement / supply chain. Retail experience will be definitely an added advantage.
• Analytical and well versed in data analysis in sales, inventory and logistics operations
• Experience in Jewellery industry is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in using SAP would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, good time management
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is essential
• Occasional travel to PRC
