Responsibilities:

• Handle full set I/E shipment schedule, shipping order processing
• Arrange bookings
• Tradelink declaration
• Direct communicate with clients, factory and freight forwarders for shipment arrangement

Requirements:

• F.5/Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office, especially with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail minded, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is an advantage
