We are now recruiting a temporary Logistics Clerk/ Senior Logistics Clerk to support logistics department on the assigned shipping and logistics jobs, the key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming and outing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipment
• Make on time delivery to meet production schedule and customer schedule
• Keep track of the shipping schedule and answer the enquiries of delivery status timely
• Work closely with freight forwarders on booking and expediting delivery

Job Qualifications:

• HKCEE or DSE graduate
• At least 2 years of shipping / logistics experience, in electronic industry is preferable
• Solid experience in handling full set of shipping documents and custom declaration
• Hardworking, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Basic knowledge of shipping in manufacturing company
• Immediate available is highly preferred

* Candidate with less experience will consider as Logistic Clerk.
