Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and ensure all orders run smooth
• Provide operational support on new project implementation and new customer onboarding
• Perform regular site visit to check if our partner/vendor comply with our requirement
• Investigate and resolve client & partner/vendor’s complaints and enquires
• Assist in regular reports preparation for business performance analysis 
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2-4 years' working experience, preferable in logistics solutions or courier company
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken / written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Officer
