- To achieve the individual new business target in term of volume, gross revenue and net revenue with focus in airfreight products.
- Develop Air Freight strategy in order to meet strategic goals
- Meet budgets for air freight business & trade lane development
- Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention;
- Gather market intelligence and provide timely reports to General Sales Manager and Managing Director in developing business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding industrial at management level
- Knowledge on “Cross Border eCommerce” solution is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good connection with airline, co-loader and oversea agencies.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pro-active, willing to travel and able to work under pressure
