Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the Operation Manager
- Manage the demand planning, product ordering and inventory status including monitoring, forecasting and distribution of stocks
- Provide administrative & operational support to outlets
- Inventory control and audit including shell life monitoring
- Assist in sourcing, negotiation and procurement of goods & services
- Assist in logistics arrangements for outlets
- Compile and prepare memo, reports and meeting minutes for Management
- Collaborate with all 3PL warehouse partner and other parties
- Assist in handling ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadline
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
