Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Operation Manager
  • Manage the demand planning, product ordering and inventory status including monitoring, forecasting and distribution of stocks
  • Provide administrative & operational support to outlets
  • Inventory control and audit including shell life monitoring
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiation and procurement of goods & services
  • Assist in logistics arrangements for outlets
  • Compile and prepare memo, reports and meeting minutes for Management
  • Collaborate with all 3PL warehouse partner and other parties
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadline
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
