• To assist vendors and liaise with forwarders for goods collection arrangement, schedule planning and on-time origin customs declaration for both Salesman Samples and Bulk Production Orders
• To check the accuracy of the shipping documents performed by vendors
• To monitor vendors to arrange on-time shipment deliveries to Italy and HK logistics hub
• To update in house system with delivery schedule as per requirement or change in operation flow
• To liaise with Regional office Customer Operations team / Finance team / Allocation or Planning team for delivery arrangement
• Responsible for checking of full set of Import/ Export shipping documents, L/C and customs declaration
• Knowledge in China and local logistic procedures, License and custom-clearance
• Handle daily correspondences with regional office, factory and forwarder
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• With USA and EU market shipping experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken Mandarin & English is needed
• Proficiency in MS office applications: Excel, Words
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, mature and self-motivated
