Job Description
The incumbent is working in the Business Unit Shipping function that provides logistic and shipping services to the business unit in Hong Kong and China.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set export shipping documents, prepare shipping information to customers;
- Tradelink declaration, flow shipping documents and document filling;
- Handle import shipment from overseas;
- Communicate with courier & forwarder on shipment arrangement
- Prepare logistics report & update the procedure
- Review the routing guide & shipping instruction from customer and update into system
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years relevant experience in shipping & logistics field
- Higher Diploma or above in relevant displine
- Knowledge in handling full set of I/E, Tradelink and related shipping documents
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS office application
- Proactive, willing to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills
