Job Description
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years customer service or admin experience; more experience will be considered for Senior Officer.
- Higher Diploma or University degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Experienced in order follow-ups, customer service, handling enquiries, coordinating between departments and replying email and WhatsApp;
- Exposure in delivery services or logistics will be a great preference, but not a must;
- Good computer skills. Knowledge of Excel pivot tables will be an asset; Some experience in preparing reports;
- Organized and systematic work approach;
- Initiative and good team spirit;
- Good English and Cantonese.
- Work Location: Tokwawan
