Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and managing the delivery operations, particularly on workforce management according to customer’s order and request.
• Manage and drive continuous improvement on operational KPIs for operations process enhancement.
• Review and optimize workflow by developing internal Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and external guidelines.
• Work with related departments to maintain and enhance the platform of reward system for member activation and engagement.
• Gather and analyze Market Intelligence to maintain competitiveness. 
• Support and execute the implementation of new products launch.
• Perform ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by top management.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience of which 2 years were at supervisory level in operations from logistics/supply chain industries.
• Experience in emerging technology in logistics and supply chain, including but not limited to open-platform, dynamic pricing; knowledge of cloud service in logistics is a plus.
• Strong planning and analytical skills. Sensitive to numbers.
• Good people management and presentation skills.
• Independent, flexible, stress resistant and able to work in a fast pace team-base environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
