Responsibilities:

• To lead a team to provide excellent logistics export services to worldwide customers
• To provide solutions on the improvements of process efficiency and cost effectiveness to customers
• To provide export solutions to factories
• To ensure KPIs are achieved
• To develop staff competence to cope with changes
• To support manager for departmental projects and activities
• To lead ad hoc operations and compliance projects

Requirements:

• Degree and above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sizable supply chain / logistics company with 3 years at supervisory level
• Experience in order fulfillment and logistics arrangement of international trade is a must
• Strong negotiation skills and project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
