Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and handle daily operational work and documentation including order processing, handling inquiry, coordinate with oversea offices and customers.
- Monitor and review the daily logistics operations
- Work closely with suppliers, warehouse and operation teams on inventory control and shipment release
- Comparing shipping cost from different service providers
- Prepare KPI reports and documentation review for controlling operations improvement
- Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 2 years related working experience in logistics area, preferably in Electronics industry
- With customer service experience is an advantage
- Work independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good spoken/written in English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint presentation
