Responsibilities:

1. To ensure all crews are well certified, and their qualifications are complying with the company requirements.
2. To coordinate with various manning agents for recruitment of seafarers.
3. To closely monitor the ship schedule and the crew contract status, to ensure on time relief of crews.
4. To closely work with manning agents and travel agents to perform timely and cost effective crew changes.
5. Well maintain the company crewing system so that all database of crew personnel detail are up-to-date and accurate.
6. Check agents disbursements
7. Assist in ad hoc projects and assignment. 

Requirements:

1. Diploma holder and preferably in the discipline of Maritime or Shipping Logistics.
2. At least 1 year relevant working experience.
3. Good command of written and spoken English and fluent Mandarin.
4. Good team player, and can work independently.
5. Excellent time management skills.
