• Diploma or degree holder;
• 1 year experience in international logistics / supply chain / shipping operations is preferred;
• Tactful interpersonal and communication skill to work with people in different levels;
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English is a MUST;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

THE JOB

• Coordinate with internal departments and overseas branches to ensure logistics related matters;
• Monitor and manage with Shipping department on shipment KPI reports;
• International logistics knowledge is needed;
• Gather shipments data and prepare management reports;
• Assist in logistic tenders and evaluate the best logistics solution;
• Participate in different development projects and make proposition of supply chain solutions and production process; 
• Coordinate with the Central Warehouse Team on warehouse matters;
• Any ad hoc assignments;
• Report to a foreigner department head (French)
