Responsibilities:

• Drive KPI performance with 3PLs to achieve cost target and services level
• Manage warehouse capacity for short and long-term requirement
• Identify right partners / solution to expand distribution capacity and network with coming business plan
• Responsible for warehouse development with 3PL to support business expansion include regions outside Hong Kong
• Coordinate and liaise with 3PLs, business units and departments to improve warehouse productivity and enhance services level
• Monitor total expenses within budgetary control and identify cost saving opportunities
• Review warehouse flows / SOP and monitor its implementation
• Lead warehouses on fulfilling storage capacity for special promotion or seasonal projects
• Initiate logistics projects to accommodate business requirements and growth
• Drive change for continuous improvement in warehouse operations efficiency  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics with at least 8 years at managerial level
• Experience in 3PL management is a must
• Strong international distribution network.  Candidates with experiences in driving and executing different warehouse modelling across regions will be an advantage.
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to work in fast-paced changing environment
• Good leadership, communication and presentation skills
