Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational work and documentation including follow-up order enquiry and validation of information / data / pricing / customs documentation with internal and external parties
• Monitor and review logistics operation of client orders, e.g documentation process and delivery status in accordance with KPI, guidelines and SOP
• Work closely with warehouse operation teams on shipment release
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and overseas networks; liaise with the client teams and appointed partners
• Prepare the invoices and validate with internal and external parties
• Perform ad-hoc logistics projects and other duties as requested

Role Requirements

• Form 5 or above, higher Diploma or above in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Energetic and ambitious, with strong interest in logistics management
• Friendly and approachable with good team spirt
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Preferred logistics related work experience
• For applicants with 2 or more years of relevant experience, can be considered as Senior Clerk/Officer
