Job Description
Location : Kwai Chung ( 5 Days ) Salary : 16-22K
Logistic & Customer Services Supervisor/ Customer Services Coordinator ( 3PL) -exp in Garment or Wines Warehouse is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare various reports for customer materials shipped and received at the warehouse, ensuring that all damages or problems are recorded
- Ensure inventory records and reports are maintained, creating an up-to-date snapshot for warehouse manager, as required
- Work with Manager to plan, organize and execute on different 3PL added values services projects;
- Maintain good housekeeping of stock;
- Ensure the Warehouse Management System is maintained and is fully leveraged to maximize the customer experience
- Deal with any escalated customer service issues, shipping/receiving errors or technical problems
- Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team
Requirements
- Form 5/ DSE or above with at least 5 years of CS working experience
- Customer focused and result oriented;
- Ability to motivate the team
- Strong commitment to meet deadline
- Able to work under pressure
- Candidates have less exp also Will be consider as C.S Coordinator
Senior Logistics Assistant/ Warehouse Clerk/ Warehouse Supervisor ( 15-22K ) 5 Days
- handle day to day logistics operations and workflow include good receiving, order handling, shipping document processing, inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock level and delivery schedule
- Follow up entire order and delivery cycle and SOP processes and system administrations
- Work closely with the teams to have clear communication in relation to stock levels and delivery schedule and escalate when necessary to resolve customer’s vendors related enquiries and disputes
- Have Wines or Garment warehouse exp is preferred
