Responsibilities:

• Closely work with vendors/suppliers on samples/delivery schedule
• Data Entry, system updates and filing
• Handling shipping docs and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good team player
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and detail orientated
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken) and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
