• DUTIES AND Job Responsibilities:
• Assist existing shipping team
• Co-ordinate with internal teams/manufactures/Shipping forwarders to organize shipment
• Prepare daily full set of I/E shipping  documents,  Bill of Lading, Packing lists, invoices
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to follow up all shipping documents till end
• Update the shipment status and prepare delivery documents

Requirements：

• Secondary graduated or above
• 2-3 years working experiences in full set of I/E shipping
• Experiences in trading company is preferred
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Cheerful, well-organized, energetic, positive and attention to details
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
