Responsibilities:

• Participate in platform briefing and orientation
• Monitor vehicles performance; handle roster and identify incident if any
• Provide support services, problem solving and communication to platform user and merchants
• Make outbound calls to potential user to enhance user activation and engagement
• Provide user feedback to supervisor with recommendation to improve user satisfaction
• Maintain platform database
• Assist in regular reports preparation for business performance analysis 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1-3 years' working experience, preferable in logistics solutions or courier company
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken / written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
