One of our clients is looking for a stable and detail minded candidate to support operations team to perform various marketing and administrative tasks.

Client Details

Our client, a financial group providing various financial and fund services in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to operations and marketing teams
• Handling existing client requests
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties
• Assist in new client onboardung
• Resolve day-to-day operations and issues

Profile

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Work accurately and with attention to details
• Work independently and under pressure and tight time frames, willing to give help
• Good team player and able to work in different cultural environments.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong PC skills, advanced in Microsoft word and excel, knowledge of design or web development software such as Photoshop or WordPress is an advantage.
