Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales services including operational & technical enquiries, order follow up and handle complaints in a professional manner
• Liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team
• Assist in showroom operations
• Maintain accurate products and customers database
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with at least 2 years customer services / call centre experience
• Experience in handling consumer electronics appliances is definitely advantage
• Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and take challenge and work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
