Job Responsibilities:

• Record daily general ledger entries, support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with required accounting standards
• Prepare accounting schedules, details of accounts and other supporting documents for the purposes of accounts analyses and reconciliations
• Gather and compile basic financial information and assist in preparing financial reports including P/L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.
• Support the implementation of new accounting software and accounting processes
• General administrative support and filing

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Finance and Accounting
• 2 years or above of full set accounting experience in e-commerce/logistics field
• Open-minded, flexible and able to work in a fast pace team-base environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
• Experience in accounting software Xero is a plus
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
