Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full functions of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations and office administration;
• Formulation, administration and implementation of policies; handle payroll and MPF;
• Development and management of human resources information system;
• Development and implementation of appropriate salary structures, bonus schemes, staff performance evaluations, office administration and general IT supports;
• Strategic human resources planning & review;
• Directly report to Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in HR Management / Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 years experience of a full spectrum of human resources and administration
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance & Taxation
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, analysis ability and positive thinking
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Good knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and with high self-initiatives.
• Immediate available is preferred
