Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist in performing various human resources functions including but not only limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit and leave administration
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics
- Perform general office administration duties
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player
- Willing to learn and to take extra duties
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available will be an advantage
- More experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
