Job Description

Job purpose:

  • As a key member in the corporate communications team, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and analytical individual with positive attitude to promote effective communication between the company and the general investor community
  • The candidate will help with the positioning and building up a positive corporate image in the capital markets
  • This will be an excellent opportunity for individuals with great business acumen, analytical skills to leverage on their prior IR experience and knowledge of the property industry to join an industry leading player

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating, curating and executing a forward looking and effective investor relations strategies and programs
  • Create and maintain an investor relations connection which serves the senior management in effectively communicating with institutional investors and equity analysts
  • Prepare drafting of IR materials, including investor presentation, annual/interim results, press release, scripts, Q&A, etc. and perform other projects and duties as assigned
  • Conduct research & analysis and review brokers’ reports to compile and provide up-to-date market insights and trends for management review
  • Monitor, collect and analyze both industry, financial markets news and internal data to assist in formulating insights and the line to take for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and organizing various IR activities/events, including general meetings, roadshows, reverse-roadshows and conferences
  • Assist in capital markets transactions as required
  • The role will report to Assistant General Manager – Corporate Communications Department

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and Business or related discipline
  • Candidates with CPA qualification would be a plus but not essential
  • 3-5 years’ work experience relevant experience gained in property company as IR officer or analyst with sound knowledge in capital markets
  • Good understanding of the PRC property market is preferred
  • Strong communicator with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a MUST
  • Able to interact effectively, tactfully and professionally with investors/ agencies/ financial institutions/ the media
  • Critical and analytical thinker with strong numeracy and financial acumen
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Dynamic personality to strive in a changing environment
