• Monitor overall contractual & technical matters and payment applications for projects
• Close monitoring of projects and control the costs to ensure the project is executed within budget and make justifiable recommendations for over-budget spending
• Providing technical support to clients & site coordination
• Supervise site activities and liaise with clients and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management is an advantage
• Above 2 yrs. experience in the field of interior design, construction or retail fitting out project management is an advantage
• Well-organized technique in site planning
• Excellent communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving & analytical ability
• Ability to work under pressure independently to meet multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Hard-working, willing to learn and work overtime
• Flexible to travel overseas & Mainland China
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Computer knowledge for ACAD, MS Office, MS Project preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
