Responsibilities include managing the design team, collaborate on projects with colleagues, delegate tasks, and check for quality and consistency.  The Senior Designer/Manager must have the following qualifications

• At least 5 - 8 years of solid experience in signage design and wayfinding.
• Ability to handle all facets of design work including developing design strategies, conducting presentations, project management and site supervision.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Excellent design concept, presentation, management and motivational skills
• Require working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Auto CAD Lite, MS Office
• Can work as a team leader with strong organizational skills and under tight deadlines
• Attend Meetings with frequent traveling required
• Diploma/degree holder in graphic design

Persons less qualified may be considered for Senior Design positions.
