Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the overall management and performance of multiple operations including ticketing and operations support teams performance, client servicing and retention, employee management and cost management.
• Ensure operational tasks are met company goal.
• Demonstrate an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry, call center operations and client servicing.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years or above corporate travel experience
• Prior managerial experience of 5 years or above
• Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, fares and markets
• Thorough knowledge of travel operations
• Knowledge of word processing, GDS, presentation, and email
• Ability to travel on request
• Ability to work special duty
• Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
