Job Responsibilities:

• Provide superior service related to property management
• Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
• People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
• Proactive and able to work under high pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Guest Relations Officer.
