Job Description
Job Duties:
- To provide technical support to end users
- To maintain the operation of PC/LAN and computer systems of the department
- To provide frontline use IT support and helpdesk support
- To provide server health check, system tuning and data backup
- To provide IT procurement support
- To update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware and perform physical checks
Requirement:
- Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1-year practical experience in PC LAN support and administer Window Server operating system
- Familiar with commonly used WAN / LAN products (like Cisco routers / switches)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good telephone manner and have good communications skills
