Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of new IT systems and services, manage the creation of IT vendor contracts, implement the IT strategies and projects, and drive the development of IT policies and initiatives
• Lead, recommend, design, development and implement of corporate-wide technology to fulfill business requirements
• Motivate and coach a team of individuals with a variety of experience levels and skill sets for achieving operation excellence and optimal performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; with Master Degree will be a plus and with CISA/ CISM/ ITIL/ TOGAF or PMP certifications will be prefer
• With minimum 6 years of solid experience in leading large, complex IT projects or participating in IT consulting or management roles
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of functional and business architecture in retail and e-commerce
• Strong ability to translate relevant business concepts to efficient system driven processes
• Must be able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
