Responsibilities:

• Provide Daily System Health Check, Batch Job Process
• Provide 1st level IT support including desktop related technical assistance
• Responsible for server setup and maintenance, application implementation and configuration
• Responsible for software install, update, upgrade and delivery, etc.
• Day-to-day operations, backup, monitoring and perform scheduled tasks
• Perform user account & access administration, remote technical trouble shooting
• Creating and maintaining good technical documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or above
• Min. 1-year relevant experience in technical support/helpdesk
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration & Networking
• Strong sense of security, good analytical and Self-disciplined
• Fast learner, Proactive, Responsible and be with a team player
• Immediate available preferred
