The Roles

Life Enterprise System

• You will manage different scales of projects throughout its life cycle including feasibility study, user expectation management, and change management. Perform system design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement. 

Production Support

• You will perform hot fix and long term production fix and handle enhancement requests for Life Systems Applications – Life Asia and/or Capsil. Perform system study and provide suggestion to resolve production problem.

Governance & Planning

• You will define and optimize IT processes according to Group policies and control standards, and industry’s best practices. Execute appropriate governance and controls including reporting / periodic review of projects .

Quality Assurance

• You will review IT Policy, impose change process standards to manage project & system changes, ensure system deliverables’ quality can be coded with stipulated (minimum) acceptance level. Manage the quality process of IT systems deliverables; work with Regression Testing vendor and IT Teams to implement & evolve the regression test platforms, supporting on-going system changes & projects for internal enterprise systems and external facing system’s touch-points (App & IoT).

Who We Are Looking For

• Those with passion for change and innovation, eagerness to succeed in a digital business world
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 3 – 10 years of related working experience depending on the role’s seniority
• Experience in finance or insurance industry preferred
• Good knowledge in Opentext Exstream (Streamserve) and Opentext and IBM ECM is an advantage
• Competent knowledge in Life Asia and AS/400, middle ware connectivity like MQ and client-server technologies integrating with Front-End System
• Good technical knowledge in Java EE and MS.NET platform
• Good knowledge of software implementation best practices
• Good communication skills and knowledge in project management. Certification in project management such as PMP is a plus
• Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
