Responsibilities:

Protect the confidentiality and integrity of client, staff, and business information in compliance with organization policies and standards. The CFC Analyst position is part of the Security Team which primarily to help coordinate, report on local cyber / information security incidents, investigate and resolve any incident etc. This position involves critical duties and responsibilities that must continue to be performed during crisis situations and contingency operations, which may necessitate extended hours of work. This individual must have the ability to establish working relationships with all staff and client on answering IT related security questions. Some, but not limited to, responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for working in our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) environment on shift and standby 24x 7 on a rotational basis;
• Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security and network devices;
• Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms actionable incident;
• Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services;
• Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities;
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends;
• Coordinate with Global Network Information Security group on follow through alerts and take immediate actions on resolving critical vulnerabilities;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned which may involve implementing new cyber security initiatives or technologies;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum four years of work experience in Information Technology service industry;
• At least two years of demonstrable experience as a security and/or network operation center analyst, or security / network administrator;
• Strong working experience with Security and Vulnerability Management, Incident Management and Investigation, Cyber security, etc;
• Knowledge of network analysis, security / network appliances, SIEMs and evaluating SIEM alerts, firewall logs etc;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage;
• Related qualifications and/or industry certifications such as CISSP will be an advantage.
