Responsibilities:

• Provide system and network troubleshooting, maintenance and end user support
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls
• Perform backup monitoring and recovering
• Responsible for software and hardware installation support
• Active Directory user accounts and mailbox maintenance
• To maintain IT inventory record, document housekeeping (software licenses, quotations, invoices, etc.)
• Perform quarterly IT system security review
• Co-ordinate with auditors for annual audit

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Dip. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent;
• 2-3 years solid experience in technical support of electronic and networking products;
• Experience in network implementations;
• Customer focused, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Good in Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, quick learner and able to work under pressure.
