Overview:

The role of Network & IT services Manager tasked with overseeing the IT Infrastructure for the Asia region. Responsible for driving the company’s Infrastructure revamp based on business needs, keeping up with today’s technology and pace.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision:

• Provide direction and planning for the HK IT and PRC Network Team
• Lead and manage a HK support team and Asia network team
• Hold the lead/escalation role for issue troubleshoot and coordination

IT Management:

• Design and manage the Network infrastructure in HK and PRC including over 600 networking devices
• Design and manage the IT procurement workflow with procurement department
• Deploy helpdesk system for improve the IT services
• Implement the network audit for PRC network infrastructure
• Implementation and monitor system for network infrastructure supporting the 24x7 factory plant production
• Provide the guidance for team members, including working related and overall business roadmap
• Review and fine tune the IT policies and procedures
• In charge of capacity planning for the network infrastructure
• Manage yearly IT budget

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of relevant experience
• Lead network team (HK and China with approximately 10 staffs) for the implementation/ revamp of network infrastructures and office expansion or relocation projects, including new factory and office setup in Vietnam, office relocation in Thailand, network revamp in Korea
• Responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of network infrastructure across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cebu, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam
• Ensure network security in compliance with business requirements for projects and operational needs
• Assist in and provide network analysis and support for critical network systems
• Manage and participate in network and infrastructure project planning, implementation and deployment, especially in China
• Conduct service review with outsources vendors/contractors and to review SLA figure committed
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Network Manager
• Travel is required
