RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
• Manage supplier quality, conduct on-site supplier audit and follow up Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR)
• Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes
• Develop quality assurance plans and NPI
• Provide quality assurance support to regional plants and offices

 REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering or Science
• At least 3 years experience in Quality Engineering or related disciplines (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Engineer)
• Knowledge in Quality tools i.e. FMEA and MSA is an advantage
• Experience in managing key customers or regulatory authority is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
